These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the btdjl platform and all related services. By registering an account, logging in, or using any service on btdjl, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. btdjl reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

The words and terms used in these Terms carry the following meanings:
- Platform — The btdjl website, application, and all related services.
- User / Member — A person who has registered an account on btdjl.
- Account — A member's personal user profile on the platform.
- Bonus — Any promotional offer or reward provided by btdjl.
- Bet / Wager — Any monetary stake placed on the platform.
- Turnover / Rollover — The total amount of bets required to withdraw a bonus.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
To open an account and use services on btdjl, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. No services on this platform are available to anyone under 21 years of age.
- You must provide a valid and active Bangladeshi mobile number.
- All information you provide must be true, accurate, and up to date.
- A user may operate only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
- Two members of the same household may not operate separate accounts using the same payment method.
Important: btdjl may request identification or proof of age at any time for verification purposes. In the event of false information being provided, the account will be permanently closed and the balance will be forfeited.
Account Registration and Security
By registering on btdjl, you agree to comply with the following terms:
- You will keep your account password completely confidential and will not share it with anyone.
- You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
- If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
- btdjl uses SSL encryption and other protective measures to ensure the security of your account.
- A proper verification process must be followed for any changes to personal information.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Providing fraudulent or misleading information.
- Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
- Using or renting another person's account.
- Using hacking, viruses, or any harmful software.
- Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
- Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Harassing or defrauding other members.

- Deposited funds must be sent only from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
- Deposits through third parties are not accepted and may result in account closure.
- btdjl does not charge any additional fees for deposits, however the payment service provider's own charges may apply.
Withdrawal Terms and Conditions
The following terms apply when withdrawing winnings:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
- After a withdrawal request is approved, funds are generally delivered within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
- Winnings associated with a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the turnover requirement for that bonus has been met.
- btdjl reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

Currency and Conversion
btdjl processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All amounts displayed on the platform are stated in Bangladeshi Taka. If payment is made in a foreign currency, the conversion will be done at the prevailing market rate and btdjl is not responsible for any difference in exchange rates.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
Welcome Bonus Terms
btdjl offers new members a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The following terms apply to receiving and using this bonus:
- The bonus applies only to the first deposit and each account may receive it once only.
- To withdraw the bonus amount, a total (deposit + bonus) turnover of 15 times (15x) is required. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit, you must place a total of ৳33,000 in bets before withdrawing.
- The bonus can only be used for betting purposes and cannot be withdrawn directly.
- btdjl sets the time limit for using the bonus and the bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
General Promotion Terms and Conditions
The following general rules apply to all promotions and offers:
- Each promotion has its own specific terms which are stated in the promotion's description.
- btdjl reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
- Any attempt to abuse promotions or exploit loopholes may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
- Multiple bonuses are generally not applicable at the same time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's description.
Betting and Gaming Rules
Bet Placement Rules
The following rules apply when placing bets on sports betting, casino games, and other gaming services on btdjl:
- A bet that has been confirmed cannot generally be cancelled or changed.
- btdjl reserves the right to cancel bets placed incorrectly due to technical errors.
- Payment may be delayed for verification in the case of unusually large or suspicious bets.
- Winnings obtained through fraudulent means (collusion, match fixing, etc.) will be forfeited.
- Each game has its own rules which can be found in the game's interface.
Technical Issues and Disruptions
If a game or bet is disrupted due to server errors, internet disconnection, or other technical reasons, btdjl resolves the matter as follows:
- If a game session is incomplete, btdjl will determine the outcome based on data stored on the server.
- If no data exists on the server, the bet for that round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
- btdjl is not responsible for any financial losses incurred during server downtime or maintenance.
- Please notify the support team immediately for any technical issues.
VIP Program and Account Management
VIP Tiers and Cashback
btdjl's VIP program has three tiers. Members can progress upward step by step based on active membership and regular betting:

Account Closure and Suspension
btdjl may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions.
- Failure to cooperate with security verification.
- At the member's own request (including self-exclusion).
btdjl will attempt to notify the member before closing an account, however an account may be closed without notice in cases of serious violations.
Responsible Gaming and Privacy

- Members can set their own deposit limits, session time limits, and betting limits.

- Financial losses caused by the member's own mistakes or lack of knowledge.
